job purpose :

The HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting the HR team by managing various aspects of benefits, compensation, wellbeing, recognition, and compliance, as well as providing data and analytics to drive the overall HR strategy.

responsibilities:

  • Support benefit initiatives including open enrollment, new benefit programs, employee rewards and recognition programs, and ongoing benefits education and promotion (including intranet, website, and social media).

  • Responsible for developing and conducting employee education meetings, seminars, webinars etc. to promote company benefits and wellness.

  • Assist with overseeing the wellness program to ensure that it reflects our commitment to our employees’ wellbeing, including leading and engaging our wellness champion team.

  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.

  • Assist with annual performance, merit and variable compensation programs.

  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives by providing analytics and metrics around DE&I data.

  • Administer the bi-annual pulse survey, assist with analyzing trends, and help develop action plans based on the results.

  • Manage changes to company policies, including review with legal counsel.

  • Assist HR team, candidates, and employees with immigration process

  • Assist with annual 5500 filings, non-discrimination testing, Affordable Care Act tracking and reporting, and plan audits.

  • Ensure HR Compliance including but not limited to reporting needs required by federal and state laws (including AAP, EEO and) and other regulatory agencies (e.g. DOL, IRS) .

  • Maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting from HR system.

  • Ensure data integrity within all systems to accurately report HR data and analytics, including reconciling errors with benefits vendor files.

  • Handle HR inquiries to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution.

  • Participate in broader HR special projects, initiatives, and strategy planning.

skills/qualifications required:

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to effectively take action to solve problems.

  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must know basic formulas and functions (i.e., vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) in Excel.

  • Experience with HR management systems (e.g., ADP, Lattice)

  • Knowledge of labor legislation, compliance requirements, and HR reporting best practices.

  • 2+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, or HR related field.
